Ridge & Relic is a family card shop based in Johnson City, Tennessee, in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
I'm Brad. I've been collecting since I was a kid, and these days I collect with my two sons, Judah and Levi — they've got opinions about which rookies are worth keeping, and they're usually right. We started selling on eBay because our boxes were outgrowing the shelves. A few thousand orders later, this store is the next step: a place to buy directly, without marketplace fees baked into the price, from people who actually look at every card before it ships.
What you'll find here
Mostly modern baseball and football: Topps Chrome, Finest, Bowman, Prizm and Signature Class, with a heavy lean toward rookies, autographs, refractors and numbered parallels. A little Pokémon when it comes through. Some cards are raw, some are slabbed by PSA, SGC, BGS or CGC. Almost everything is a single copy, so when it's gone, it's gone.
Raw, graded, and what we actually do
We don't grade cards. When a card is slabbed, that grade came from a third-party service and the cert number is right there in the photos for you to check. When a card is raw, we look at it under good light and describe it straight — most are near mint or better, and anything with a flaw gets called out in the listing and reflected in the price. How it ships
Raw cards go in a penny sleeve, Card Saver, team bag and rigid mailer. Slabs go in a bubble sleeve inside a box. Every order ships with tracking, no matter the price, and goes out within one business day from Johnson City.
Why the name
Ridge for the mountains outside our window. Relic for the cards themselves, the small pieces of a season that outlast it.
