FAQ

Are your cards graded?

Some are. We sell both raw singles and slabs graded by third-party services like PSA, SGC, BGS and CGC. What we don't do is grade cards ourselves — we're a shop, not a grading company.

How do I know a slab is legit?

The grading company, grade and cert number are in the listing title and visible in the photos. Look the cert up on the grader's own site before you buy — we'd rather you check.

What does "near mint or better" mean on a raw card?

It's our plain-English description, not a grade. Sharp corners, clean edges, no visible surface scratches or print lines under normal light, and centering within the normal range for the set. Chrome cards often have factory print lines or slight curl; we only note those when they're severe.

Will this card grade well if I submit it?

We can't say. We don't grade and we don't predict grades. Study the photos, ask for more angles, and make your own call.

Can I get more photos?

Yes. Use the contact page with the product name and we'll send front, back and close-ups of corners.

How do you ship?

Raw cards ship in a penny sleeve and Card Saver inside a rigid mailer. Slabs ship in a bubble sleeve inside a box. Every order ships with tracking, no matter the price.

How fast do orders go out?

Within one business day, Monday through Saturday, from Johnson City, TN.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes. Add everything to one cart and you pay one shipping charge.

Do you ship outside the US?

[Yes, to ___ / Not yet.]

What's your return policy?

If a card arrives damaged or isn't as described, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right. We don't accept change-of-mind returns, since almost everything here is a single copy. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

Do you buy cards?

[Yes. See Sell Us Your Cards. / Not right now, but we're building toward it.]

Is this the same shop as your eBay store?

Same cards, same seller. Buying here means no marketplace fees, so prices are usually a little lower, and you can watch the box breaks first on the YouTube channel.
