Returns & Refunds

Returns & Refunds

Every card is a single copy, photographed and described by hand before it's listed. That means we'd rather get it right up front than sort it out after — if you have a question about a card, ask before you buy and we'll send more photos.

If something's wrong, you have 7 days

If a card arrives damaged, or it isn't what the listing described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the card and the packaging. We'll make it right with a full refund or a replacement where one exists. Return shipping is on us when the fault is ours.

Change-of-mind returns

We don't accept returns for change of mind. Because almost everything in the shop is a one-of-one, a card that comes back can't simply be restocked, and we price accordingly. Please read the listing and study the photos before ordering.

Condition is described, not graded

We don't grade cards. Raw cards are described in plain language and photographed front and back — "near mint or better" is our description, not a grade. A card not receiving the grade you hoped for after you submit it isn't grounds for a return.

Graded slabs

Slabs are sold as they come to us. The grading company, grade and cert number are in the listing and visible in the photos, and we encourage you to verify the cert on the grader's own site before buying. We can't accept returns based on disagreement with a third party's grade.

Lost or damaged in transit

Every order ships with tracking. If tracking shows delivered but the package never arrived, or it arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days and we'll work it out with you and the carrier.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number, the card name, and photos showing the issue. We answer quickly — it's a small shop and there's no ticket queue.
